Pharma Depot Return Policy

- Non-returnable unless there is a dispensing error or damage (tampered packaging).

Over-the-Counter (OTC) Medications
- Returnable if unopened, in original packaging, and within 7 days with a receipt.
- Non-returnable once opened.
Medical Supplies and Equipment
- Returnable if unopened and unused, within 7 days with a receipt.
- Non-returnable if opened or personal-use items like thermometers or syringes.
Defective or Recalled Products
- Returnable for a refund or exchange, no matter the condition.
Return Eligibility
- Requests must be made within 3 to 5 business days of attempted delivery.
- You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Eligible for return if:
